The draw ceremony was held on 12 September 2022 at 13:00 hrs. at the Asian Handball Federation Head Office, South Surrah, Kuwait, in the presence of the Treasurer of the Asian Handball Federation (AHF) Bader Mohammad Al-Theyab (Kuwait), AHF Executive Director Dr. Ahmad Abu Al-Lail (Kuwait), AHF Technical Director Jasem Mohammed Al-Theyab and the representatives of the participating clubs. The draw results are as follows:

★ Astana Nur Sultan Club (Kazakhstan) was replaced by Handball Club Dostyk (Kazakhstan) to avoid a reduction in the number of participating teams.
