The 7th Asian Women’s Club League Handball Championship took place from 20 to 29 September 2024, in Almaty, Kazakhstan. This was the sixth time the competition was hosted in Kazakhstan.
Kaysar Club (KAZ) had previously clinched the title twice, in 2016 and 2019. Uzbechka HC (UZB) participated in five of the six editions, missing only the 2019 edition. Among the participating clubs, Kaysar Club (KAZ) had won the most medals, with two golds and two silvers in its four appearances, highlighting that whenever they participated, they secured either a gold or a silver medal. Handball Club Dostyk (KAZ) won a silver medal in their debut appearance in 2022.
Kaysar Club (KAZ) claimed their third title by defeating Handball Club Dostyk (KAZ) in the final, with a score of 45–23.
