The draw for the 10th Asian Women’s Youth (U18) Handball Championship was held on May 2, 2023, at 13:00 hrs. at the Asian Handball Federation Headquarters, South Surrah, Kuwait.
The following dignitaries were present during the draw ceremony, in addition to representatives of the participating teams:
