The 11th Asian Women’s Youth Handball Championship was held in the Gymnasium of Jiangxi University of Software Professional Technology, Jinggangshan City Campus, People’s Republic of China, from 18 to 26 July 2025. It was the first time that the competition was hosted by the Chinese Handball Association (CHA).
Additionally, the competition also served as a qualification tournament for the World Championship, with the top four (4) teams from the competition qualifying for the 11th IHF Women’s Youth (U18) Handball World Championship to be held from 29 July to 9 August 2026.

The draw took place on Monday, 16th June 2025, from 16:30 hrs. (China local time) onwards at the Conference Room of Jiangxi Software Vocational and Technical University in Jinggangshan City, People’s Republic of China.
