The 26th Asian Men’s Club League Handball Championship took place at the Sheikh Saad Al-Abdullah Al-Salim Al-Sabah Covered Halls Complex in the Sabah Al-Salem city of Kuwait from November 17 – 27, 2023. This was the fourth time that the competition was hosted in Kuwait, after previous editions in 2000, 2008, and 2019.
The winner, Khaleej Club (Saudi Arabia), qualified for the 17th IHF Men’s Super Globe held in 2024.

- On 16 November 2023, Al-Salah Sport Club (Palestine) withdrew from the championship shortly before its commencement due to extremely unavoidable circumstances resulting from the Israel-Hamas war.
