Asian Men’s Handball Qualification for the 2024 Olympic Games is set to commence tomorrow at the prestigious Duhail Handball Sports Hall in Doha, Qatar. In preparation for this exciting event, the technical meeting was convened today at the same venue.

The technical meeting brought together officials of the Asian Handball Federation (AHF) and the Qatar Handball Association (QHA), along with representatives of the participating teams. Among the prominent attendees were the Chairman of the AHF Playing Rules and Referees Commission Saleh bin Ashour (United Arab Emirates), QHA Deputy Secretary General Khalifa Tayseer Al-Jasim, and AHF Assistant Technical Manager Abdullah Jasem Al-Theyab (Kuwait).

The competition will unfold at the splendid Duhail Handball Sports Hall in Doha, Qatar, from October 18–28, 2023. The preliminary group matches will take place from October 18–24, where participating teams will vie for supremacy. The journey will then continue with placement matches and semifinals scheduled for October 26. The pinnacle of the event, featuring the gold and bronze medal matches, will unfold on October 28.
