The 10th Asian Men’s Beach Handball Championship will take place at the Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, from 6th to 15th May 2025. It will be the fourth time that the competition will be hosted by the Oman Handball Association (OHA).

Additionally, the competition will also serve as a qualification tournament for the Beach Handball World Championship, with the top two teams from the competition qualifying for the 12th IHF Men’s Beach Handball World Championship to be held in 2026.

Qatar has won the gold medal six times, including a five-gold streak in 2011, 2013, 2015, 2017, and 2019, as well as in the 2023 edition. The team also secured a silver medal in the 2022 edition. Apart from Qatar, only Oman, Pakistan, and the Islamic Republic of Iran have won gold in the competition.

Oman is the second-most successful team in the competition, having won a total of seven medals, including one gold in the inaugural edition in 2004 and six silver medals.

The draw took place on Monday, 24th February 2025, from 12:00 hours onwards at the Oman Handball Association (OHA) Headquarters in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. The following were present during the draw ceremony in addition to the representatives of the participating teams:
