The Asian Handball Federation (AHF) is pleased to announce that the Jordan Handball Federation has been awarded the hosting rights for the 1st Asian Men’s U-17 Handball Championship. The championship will take place from 1 to 9 July 2025 in Amman, Jordan.
The tournament will serve as the qualification event for the 1st IHF Men’s U-17 Handball World Championship, which is set to be held from 25 October to 2 November 2025. The top two teams from the Asian Championship will secure their spots in the World Championship, making this event crucial for emerging handball talents in Asia.
Players born between 2 November 2008 and 1 July 2010 are eligible to participate in the championship.
