The Asian Handball Federation (AHF) is delighted to announce that the Chinese Handball Association has been awarded the hosting rights for the 11th Asian Women’s Youth Handball Championship. The championship will be held from 15 to 24 July 2025 in Jinggangshan, P. R. China.
This marks a historic moment as it will be the first time the competition is hosted in P. R. China. The championship will also serve as a qualification event for the 11th IHF Women’s Youth (U18) Handball World Championship, which will take place in 2026. The top five teams from the Asian Championship will earn their spots in the World Championship.
Players born in 2008 or later are eligible to participate in this prestigious event.
