Pakistan to host Women’s IHF Trophy – Central Asia Zone III

The International Handball Federation (IHF) has granted the right to host the Women’s IHF Trophy – Central Asia Zone III to the Pakistan Handball Federation (PHF). The competition will take place from 2nd to 6th March 2023 in Faisalabad, Pakistan.
Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan will participate in the competition.
The competition will take place in two age categories, i.e., junior and youth. Players born in 2004 and younger are eligible to participate in the junior category, whereas players born in 2006 and younger are eligible to participate in the youth category.
The winner of both the junior and youth categories will qualify for the IHF Trophy—Asian Continental Phase, which will be held in the coming months.
