The Asian Handball Federation (AHF) hereby informs all Member Federations, clubs, and stakeholders that, due to the current circumstances and prevailing conditions in the region amid the ongoing United States–Israel–Iran conflict, the 28th Asian Men’s Club League Handball Championship, which was earlier scheduled to be held from 6 to 16 April 2026 in Kuwait City, State of Kuwait, has been postponed and rescheduled.
The championship will now be conducted from 6 to 16 June 2026 at the same venue in Kuwait City.
The ongoing conflict, which escalated in February 2026 with coordinated military operations and subsequent regional instability, has impacted several countries across West Asia, prompting the decision to ensure the safety and well-being of all participating teams, officials, and stakeholders.
The AHF appreciates the understanding and cooperation of all Member Federations and stakeholders, and further details regarding the championship will be communicated in due course.
