The draw for the 24th Asian Men’s Club League Handball Championship was held today, on 14 May 2022, at 18:00 hrs. at the Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre, Kondapur, Hyderabad.
The draw was conducted in the presence of the Treasurer of the Asian Handball Federation (AHF) Bader Mohammed Al-Theyab (Kuwait), AHF Executive Director Dr. Ahmad Abu Al-Lail (Kuwait), and the President of the Handball Federation of India (HFI) Jaganmohan Rao.
As the host, T-Sports Club (India) has the right to choose a group in which they want to play.
The draw results are as follows:
Group A: T-Sports Club (India), Al-Noor Club (Saudi Arabia), Al-Arabi Club (Qatar), Al-Qadsia Club (Kuwait)
Group B: Al-Kuwait Club (Kuwait), Al-Safa Club (Saudi Arabia), Sanat Mes Kerman (I. R. Iran), Al-Najma Club (Bahrain), Al-Wakrah Club (Qatar)
The 24th Asian Men’s Club League Handball Championship will take place from 22 to 30 June 2022 at the G. M. C. Balayogi Indoor Stadium, Hyderabad. The winner of the championship will directly qualify for the 16th IHF Men’s Super Globe to be held in Saudi Arabia from 17 to 23 October 2022.
